a limited color palette. I feel like this one's going to be a big ask. instead of using lights and shadow to shade things, picocad uses the 16 colors of pico-8 to do the shading pixel by pixel. I don't know how to put it into words, but basically i want every color on the screen to explicitly come from a limited palette. no shades in between.
